Dear Chris,

I want to thank you for your tremendous contribution to our conference in Salmon Arm [British Columbia, Canada]. The presentations set a tone for the following days and certainly gave us all a lot of to reflect on.

There continue to be more initiatives similar to ours that are emerging as landowners, agencies, and groups come together to try and address the many concerns arising from our impact on our watersheds and the larger ecosystem which we all affect. Your talk, giving a whole system approach and understanding to the whole ecosystem, gave us all a deeper understanding of relationships, and how connected everything is. I am grateful for your willingness to share, not just your knowledge, but your personal experience. When one comes not only from their head, but their heart, it has a deeper and more meaningful impact. Your ability to share on those levels makes your contribution very special.

I hope we are able to work with you again on our watershed.

Warm regards,

Dorothy Argent, Chair
Salmon River Watershed Roundtable
